Hayley Commons Condominium Annual General Meeting was held at the Trans Canada Centre on October 3, 2024. Eight (8) people put their names forward to serve on the board. The purpose of this meeting is to elect a new Hayley Commons Board of Directors.

Introductions

Attendees introduced themselves and provided a brief description of their areas of interests/expertise and their decision to join the board.

Motions/Votes

President

Heather Bakeman nominated by Kristine McCallum; Shelby Joss seconded. Motion carried.

Heather Bakeman accepted the position of President.

Vice-President

Ken Jennings nominated by Kristine McCallum; Patrick Lyttle seconded. Motion carried.

Ken Jennings accepted the position of Vice-President.

Secretary

Kristine McCallum nominated by Heather Bakeman; Evan Rush seconded. Motion carried.

Kristine McCallum accepted the position of Secretary.

Treasurer

Shelby Joss nominated by Heather Bakeman; Ken Jennings seconded. Motion carried.

Shelby Joss accepted the position of Treasurer.

Additional Positions

Evan Rush – Maintenance.

Patrick Lyttle – Parking.

Adrian Durrant – Procurement, quotes.

Member-At-Large

Dennis Buzahora.

New Business

It was agreed that Hayley Common board meetings would be held on the last Thursday of every month at 7:00pm. Location to be determined. Motion carried.

Next Meeting

Due to Halloween being on the last Thursday in October, the next meeting will be held Tuesday October 29, 2024 at 6:00pm – Unit 23, Building B.
