Status Certificate: Your real estate lawyer will typically order a Status Certificate (Form 8-13) to verify that the unit’s condo fee account is in good standing before closing.
Mandatory Onboarding Forms
To register you within the building system and ensure proper setup of your monthly fee payments, the following two documents must be completed and submitted to management prior to possession day:
1. Condo Owner & Emergency Contact Information Form

Why it's needed: This form collects your contact details, emergency contacts, parking stall assignments, vehicle information, and pet registrations to keep our community safe and compliant.
2. Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Authorization Form

Why it's needed: To ensure proper changeover and uninterrupted draws for your monthly condominium fees.
