In case of FIRE:
NOTE the fire alarms are not wired to the emergency service. They will ring in the affected building only.
TO DISPATCH EMERGENCY SERVICE: DIAL 9-1-1 / 204-433-7433

 Smoke/fire/in-suite smoke detectors sounding:
1. Activate the pull alarm located on the inside wall of the fire doors
2. Evacuate the building
3. Call 911

In Case of Flooding from Plumbing, Rain Storms or Snow Thaw:
1. Notify other units (if affected).

3. Take action to mitigate damage and further flooding.
4. Each unit has individual water shut-offs in the unit and also one under the stairs in each building that can be accessed by those authorized by the board.
