Living at Hayley Common means sharing ownership of our community. In accordance with The Manitoba Condominium Act, our complex is governed by a formal Declaration, Bylaws, and Property Rules. These binding regulations set the standards for parking, pet guidelines, and common area maintenance to protect property values and ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

Parking at Hayley Common

Residents at Hayley Common have assigned parking stalls and or garages.

Visitor parking is also available in marked stalls on a short term basis or as pay per use for extended visits.

The Condo Association Rules and Regulations has outlined all terms of parking lot use. 

Hayley Common Pet Policies

Pets are welcome addition at Hayley Common. 

In order to ensure a peaceful, safe and clean condo community the board has created a set of guidelines that have been incorporated into the Condo Association Rules and Regulations and By laws. 

Legal Certificate

Owners may require copy of current certificates such as insurance waviers or fire inspection certificates. Please click below.
