Residents at Hayley Common have assigned parking stalls. Visitor parking is available in marked stalls on a short term basis or as pay per use for extended visits. Parking submissions must be made no more than 24hrs in advance as visitor spots are limited on property.

Residents of Hayley Common are entitled to 1 free overnight parking each calender month.
Please note residents must register for the "free pass" or residents may request additional Approved Overnight Parking for a fee of:
1 night for $5
10 passes for $20
30 passes for $50.

Please note your FREE monthly visitor parking pass resets on the first of every month. No exceptions.
