Special Board Meeting

October 11, 2019

Present: BF, DM & LJ

Unexpected significant snowfall/storm – required further review and decision for snow removal quotes to arrange special request lot/sidewalk clearing. Met at B’s unit at 1:30 for quick review re: selection of service provider.

• Reviewed 4 quotes (including quotes reviewed previously and a 2nd quote also from SV via Northtowne/Gord but quoted pricing was higher)

• Determined that VDM remains our best option, service, price & overall

• BF contacted VDM to obtain a special price for 1 time clearing – VDM agreed to clear for $150 with the understanding of a confirmation pending for snow service agreement

  • Motion to sign agreement with VDM – 1st: DM, 2nd: LJ
