Hayley Common Board Meeting

Called to order: 7:07 pm

President’s & Maintenance Report:
Audit
Still waiting on the financial audit
Reviewed ice melt containers in all entries, all pet friendly
Checked on bug concern in A – ok’d
Door Tech – contacted for replacement of closing arm/mechanisms and asked about the RFID keyless entry fob system
Freedom Fire – ready to resolve deficiencies if Dec21 works – owners have been contacted and some have responded
Snow removal (Len @ VDM) – must clear by doors and leave along curbs in lot until full lot clearing (tentatively Wed)
Treasurer’s Report:
Fee increases – still pending
Condo fee increases will be on hold until the audit is finalized, the increases will be discussed at the AGM in the fall.
Efficiency MB – 500+ bulbs in indoor common area lights, efficiency MB will pay 100% of costs to change, upgrade, move lighting – look at info from them to be considered for cost savings/energy efficiency
Bldg A has fewer common area lights and will need full use (cannot leave 1 bulb out, etc)
Financials overall – ok
Invoices – Lynn’s plumbing / Rogers finished drain for hot water tank floor drain issue
