Condo Owners
Generally anything inside your unit is your responsibility to maintain.
This includes general upkeep inside your unit, maintenance and appliance repair, vent and duct work cleaning, window cleaning inside your patios.
Condo Board
The Condo Board is a group of volunteer owners that represent all owners. The boards responsibility is to ensure quality standards of building management are maintained for all buildings and common areas. The board oversees the budget and ensures that condo fees cover all expenses. The board can be reached at terry@northtowne.ca
Property Manager - Northtowne
As the property manager Northtowne is responsible for all bookkeeping aspects of the condo association including condo fees, accounts payable and all real estate transactions.
