Hayley Common Board Meeting

November 24, 2021

Called to order: 7:00 pm

Present: Brian (Pres), Wayne (VP), Lynda (Secretary), Marc (Treasurer), Lori (Member at Large)

Motion: approve minutes from previous mtgs – 1st: Marc, 2nd: Wayne

President’s Report:

● Terry Thiessen from Northtowne will chair the AGM

● Lori will send reminder email to all regarding proxy if unable to attend as well as RSVP needed asap for AGM. Deadline for RSVP is Sunday, December 5th

Treasurer’s Report:

● Nothing new to report.

Social Media Report:

● One phone call and 20 emails received – all issues resolved except for the open window in one building.

● No “for sale” signs posted in units and windows, will update /remove the option from the rules and regulations.

● Website updated with all minutes and latest financials posted (under “news and announcements”

Parking Report

● Lori will send an email to all asking if they have parking spots for rent and will post them on the facebook page. The email will also include a reminder about ensuring arrangements have been made to move vehicles from parking spots in case of heavy snowfall.
