We have a new 24/7 emergency phone number which is still managed by Northtowne but will help them field calls accordingly. It is ONLY to be used in cases of fires or water flooding where a neighbor is also being affected.

For fire emergencies, please call 911 first and then the emergency line if needed.

The emergency number is 204-408-1147 and will be updated on the website and on the postings inside the building shortly.
